How long does setup take? Do I need technical skills?
No technical skills needed. After you sign up, a three-step wizard sets up your business, your brand and your QR card, and connecting your Google account takes one click. Most businesses print their first survey within ten minutes.
How do Yemeksepeti, Getir and Trendyol reviews come in?
These platforms don't offer a public API. We give you a private review email address; you forward the platform notifications there, and AI extracts the text, rating and date and drops them into your inbox. Copy and paste in the panel works too.
Does the AI reply to reviews on my behalf automatically?
Only if you allow it. By default it prepares a suggestion that you edit and send. If you like, set a rating threshold and a tone of voice; reviews above the threshold get an automatic reply with your signature, flagged in the panel.
Where is guest data stored? Is it KVKK compliant?
Data is kept on cloud servers in the United States, separated per business. Guest contact details are only collected with explicit consent. You can download reviews, surveys and audits as CSV, and delete your account whenever you want.
I have several locations. Can I manage them all from one account?
Yes. The portfolio view lists all your businesses by what needs attention, and the location league puts rating, response rate and NPS side by side. Region filters and location targets come with Pro.
How does the trial work?
The full Pro plan is open for 30 days. No card, no commitment. When it ends, pick a plan; otherwise some features may stop. Your data is kept for at least 90 days, then may be deleted.
